Didn't like anything, except size of room

The entire hotel was perfectly clean, large and brand-new rooms. The staff was outstandingly friendly and friendly and took care of us. The restaurant was relatively near the venue.

Good location in the middle of jackson, great staff, everything was good. Location: the hotel was right by the stores, and a center area of McAllen. It was short walk from Golden Corral, where you can have dinner: D

Nothing could have been better.

I appreciated the spacious room and comfortable bed. The staff were attentive. It was quite peaceful at night.

Hot water could have been more consistent.

I has a bad experience forgetting a cel phone and when i came back to ask for it 1 hour after they said didn't saw it... Besides the breakfast is awfull

The shower was broken and it was very Noisy (people next door and outside in the pool) until very late.

I loved the spacious Beautiful Queen Room. It had just enough room for me to feel relaxed. The outdoor swimming pool was a good escape, perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding. The staff were attentive as comfortable as possible!

Great hotel. Best for us was your wireless worked. We had been at a motel in Harlingen earlier where the connection was the pits. Much appreciaated the contrast. We are birders and the location was ideal.

room with potential, but needs improvements

The room had decent space and a solid air conditioning unit that worked well. Enjoyed a nice tv and a fresh batch of toiletries. The outdoor swimming pool, while not well-maintained, could be inviting with comfy sun loungers. Too bad the overall cleanliness didn't meet expectations.

Lack of cleanliness and the unresponsive staff. Our room had broken furniture, and we encountered multiple issues with housekeeping. I appreciated the surrounding amenities, which helped balance our stay a bit.

Not what I expected

I stayed here for a night, and it was pretty disappointing. The room was dirty, and the bed felt lumpy. Plus, there were no towels! They advertised free breakfast, but that was a lie. The staff was unhelpful when I needed another room for a family member and wanted to raise the price instead. No cable. Ugh.

The room was huge and surprisingly clean, perfect for a quick getaway. I loved the fridge and microwave combo, made snacking easy! The nearby shopping options were a good surprise too!

But good heavens, the pool looked like it was auditioning for a swamp monster movie! And why does the cleaning lady think 'surprise inspections' while I'm snoozing is a thing?

Not for the faint of heart

The only good thing was that the AC was cold. And the TV was working sorta, but really, it was like a bad joke. I mean, come on, how does someone leave a dirty sock in the dresser? That's just lazy.

It wasn't a bargain by any means, but you know, at least I had a place to crash!

I enjoyed my stay, especially with how close the hotel was to San Juan Municipal Park, only about 4.5 km away, making it a great spot for a leisurely stroll, and there were plenty of dining options like Starbucks just a few steps away, perfect for grabbing a quick coffee before heading out to explore.
